Meet the Team
Rod
Born and brought up in Piltdown and Uckfield, Rod gathered useful experience through farming, forestry, gardening and property renovation both locally and abroad.
He began working in the letting industry over 25 years ago and has excellent local knowledge and with experience of letting properties both his own and through Duke Letting.
Long term member of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the National Federation of Property Professionals.
Sara
Moved to Lindfield in 1988 and lived there for 20 years before moving to Haywards Heath. She began working part time at Elliott & Bunn and went full time when they became part of Duke Letting. With over 18 years’ experience in the letting industry, she is proficient in all areas.
She enjoys attending a yearly Legal update course to ensure we are up to date with the ever-changing rules and regulations that happen regularly in the Letting world.
Jo
Has lived in Haywards Heath for nearly 30 years. For a number of years she was a client of Elliott & Bunn using them to find tenants for her own property.
She started working on Saturdays for Elliott & Bunn in 2012 and then, when her son started school in 2013, was offered a part time position and luckily for us now works full time. Jo is an integral part of the Lettings team and with her experience and level-headed nature she deals with all aspects of letting but specialises on the occasionally tricky area of end of tenancies and deposit returns.
Felicity
Has lived in Sussex for over 25 years. Felicity joined Duke Letting in 2021 and has swiftly settled in to being part of the team. Felicity has worked in the property industry for a few years and has become part of the block management team. She is building essential contacts with reliable tradespeople to help with the smooth running of property maintenance.
Tracey
Joined Duke Letting on a part time basis at the beginning of 2020 and, through a difficult year for all, ably took on the organisation of the Electrical reports and compliance requirements. She has worked for a few property companies and therefore has seen many different sides of letting and so brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Caroline
After running the block management side of the business for a number of years Caroline has taken a step back and now works part time. She has a wealth of experience with the many blocks of flats and small estates that we manage and does much of the accounts and administration.
